in this list you can see which victors are currenly taken and/or pending. pending means their application has been received but they've not been accepted yet. pending also counts for held characters. this is to make it easier for new applicants to see which years have already been claimed and to prevent the accident from happening where one year gets two victors. a victor slot can also be taken by a npc - if you feel someone's missing, let us know!
